The Construction Operations Manager will act as a bridge between field operations and executive management, driving efficiency and operational excellence across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
Manage and lead teams of engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates; monitor ongoing costs and schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are understood and delivered.
Identify potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions promptly.
Monitor resource allocation, equipment usage, and procurement processes to optimize operational efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in construction operations, project management, or site management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in construction management or operations, preferably in commercial or large-scale residential projects.
Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
Working Hours
Full-time position
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Flexibility required for site visits, project inspections, and occasional overtime as needed.
