Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial) or equivalent experience.

Over 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in food manufacturing.

Significant management or supervisory experience.

Strong technical skills in PLCs, electrical systems (480V 3-phase), and mechanical systems, with a strategic approach to troubleshooting.

Excellent regulatory knowledge in food safety and occupational safety (HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, FDA).

Proven leadership and communication abilities, along with problem-solving and time-management skills.

Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
