This critical role drives the development and execution of capacity strategies at a granular service‑type level (Same‑Day, Next‑Day, Two‑Day), ensuring optimal resource allocation across delivery stations, service partners, and flex operations. The role requires sophisticated modeling of delivery capacity needs by region, station, and service type while considering seasonal variations, growth projections, and network constraints.
Working at the intersection of network planning, operations, and service partner management, this position demands deep analytical expertise to forecast and plan capacity requirements that support multiple delivery speeds and service offerings. Key Job Responsibilities
Develop detailed capacity models at the service‑type level (Same‑Day, Next‑Day, Two‑Day).
Create station‑level planning strategies that account for varying delivery speed requirements.
Optimize the mix of delivery capacity across DSP partners and Amazon Flex.
Build scalable capacity planning processes to support peak seasons and network growth.
Implement sophisticated forecasting methodologies for each service type.
Ensure capacity alignment with customer promise and delivery speed offerings.
Manage trade‑offs between cost, speed, and service quality in capacity decisions.
Develop contingency plans to handle volume fluctuations and network disruptions.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
Master’s degree, MBA, or related advanced degree.
