Office Administration Co-ordinate and manage office Client parking Client meeting venue preparation Client gifts Office equipment & stationary Answering office phone Arrange couriers Managing office cleaner Family Office Service Assisting Ultra High Net Worth Family Office clients with ad hoc requests (VISA, passport, insurance, medical aid, arranging filing systems) Go to clients to have documentation signed Personal Assistant to Directors and Management Team Diary management Travel itinerary – booking flights and accommodation Scheduling monthly client meetings Ad hoc personal requests (VISA, car service, restaurant booking) Client Administration Pre-populating account opening documentation Qualifications
Tertiary Education English as first language with strong writing skills. Female At least 15 years working experience in a professional environment. Excellent computer literacy skills on MS Office and Excel The ability to work under pressure Must have a valid drivers licence and vehicle Clean credit reference and clear criminal record Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrator for senior management is preferred.
