Overview
As a head coach of flag football, you will analyze student-athlete performances and prepare them for athletic competitions. You will lead well-organized practice sessions, supervise instructional staff, and coordinate competitions against other respected colleges and universities. Among other duties, you will establish injury and emergency protocols, handle all team-related travel arrangements, and complete necessary paperwork. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and manage methods of instruction, assessments, and tests to evaluate the learning potential and progress of student-athletes. Responsibilities
In this role, you will recruit capable student-athletes who are a good fit for the university. You will also communicate with students, parents, and physicians to determine eligibility for the student-athlete program. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Advanced degree in a related discipline At least three years of advanced coaching experience Working knowledge of NAIA guidelines, federal regulations, and other policies governing intercollegiate athletics Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree and College coaching experience Travel
