Job Summary
The Crisis Mobile Specialist responds to crisis calls dispatched by the crisis dispatch provider. The role involves triaging immediate crisis situations, recommending interventions, and helping individuals transition to appropriate care levels, following policies set by Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse (ODMHSA) and Oklahoma State Health Department (OSHD). Skills/Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred. Experience in behavioral health preferred. Minimum six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred. Licenses, Certifications, Credentials:
Must have one of the following upon hire:
C-PRSS Certification from Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse; or Certified Case Manager Certification from Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
Valid OK Driver’s License and a clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record. Benefits:
