Summary Description We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the ongoing M&A Integration and Business Transformation initiatives tied to our largest acquisition to date along with other strategic programs fueling accelerated growth. As we enter Phase 2 of integration, this role will be pivotal in driving execution across key workstreams focused on offshoring, technology enablement, and operational efficiency. This position offers exposure to high-impact projects and senior leadership, including cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, Finance, Product, and HR. The ideal candidate pairs strong analytical thinking with excellent organization and communication skills to drive timely, efficient project delivery.

Location:

Remote (TX preferred) with up to 50% travel for onsite workshops, integration sessions, and leadership meetings

Responsibilities

Support the execution of Phase 2 integration and transformation projects, including workstreams tied to operational efficiency, system enablement, and synergy realization

Partner with functional leads to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule and issues are escalated promptly

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including detailed action plans, issue logs, meeting notes, and executive status reports

Coordinate weekly leadership updates and consolidate progress across integration workstreams into clear, concise summaries for senior stakeholders

Assist in change management and communications to help drive adoption of new systems, tools, and operating models across teams

Collaborate with data and finance teams to track performance metrics, synergy realization, and post-integration results

Participate in site visits, operational assessments, and working sessions with global teams to support implementation efforts

Required Skills and Education

3-5 years of professional experience in project management, business operations, transformation, or management consulting

Experience supporting M&A integration, business transformation, or large-scale change programs preferred

Strong project coordination and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to be comfortable preparing updates for senior and executive audiences

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project)

Familiarity with healthcare operations, technology, or RCM processes is a plus

Go-to-market (GTM) exposure or experience with commercial operations preferred

Willingness to travel up to 50% for onsite workshops, integration sessions, and leadership meetings

Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and comfortable managing change in evolving environments
