Warehouse Associate

is responsible for performing a variety of duties, such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing and organizing inventory, and operating warehouse equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

$20-$22, depending on experience

Schedule

Full Time-Hourly

Typical Schedule is Monday-Friday 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

Attributes of a Strong Candidate

High school diploma or equivalent

Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state of your work location

Must be Forklift certified

Aptitude for basic computer skills

Great communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask

Flexibility – ability to adapt to change

Strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Primary Responsibilities

Packing and shipping goods to fulfill customer orders

Shipping and Receiving

Scanning items before logging into computer systems

Maintaining a warehouse's cleanliness

Inspecting products for defects or damage

Ensuring inventory is placed in the correct location

Pulling and staging parts for upcoming projects

Cycle Counting Inventory

Deliver and/or pick-ups from local vendors

Inspection and check-in of customer vehicles

Maintaining company and customer vehicles

Physical Requirements

Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs with or without assistance

Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion for extended periods

Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Work Environment

Work in environments with varying temperatures

Exposure to moderate noise levels

Collaborative and supportive work environment
