Fluency in German is mandatory. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the automotive industry, is preferred. Ability to provide effective solutions and support for customer inquiries. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A genuine passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn.
