initiative, offering extensive exposure to leadership in urban development, infrastructure, innovation, and organisational performance. Key Focus Areas

Learnership participants will gain practical and theoretical knowledge across the following domains: Communications, Customer Relations & Council Support Human Resources, Legal Affairs & Policy Development ICT, Data Science, Information & Knowledge Management Urban Management, Housing, Informal Settlements & Planning Environmental Management, Climate Resilience, Disaster Risk Infrastructure: Roads, Parks, Water, Sanitation, Utilities Recreation, ECD, Social Services & Community Development Municipal Operations, Public Safety, Energy & Transport Business Enablement, Finance, Performance & Strategy Participants will actively support SayPro’s strategic initiatives and assist in key project implementation activities across departments. Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the programme, applicants must: Be a

South African citizen , aged

18–35 Be

living with a disability

(must provide medical or professional proof) Have

completed Grade 12

or a relevant NQF Level 4 qualification Be

unemployed and not currently studying full-time Be passionate about public service, development, and leadership Have

strong communication, collaboration, and digital literacy skills What the Learnership Offers
