Overview
We’re looking for a Senior UX Product Designer to join our growing team and help shape intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences across our digital products. As a senior designer, you’ll drive end-to-end product design—from discovery through execution—and play a critical role in defining how users interact with our platform. You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to turn complex problems into thoughtful solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
You’ll be joining a globally distributed product organization with teammates in Canada, the UK, and across Europe. While many of us enjoy in-person collaboration when possible, we’re fully equipped to support remote work.
Our team works closely with product designers, engineers, and researchers to build tools that help over 3,400 customers make smarter decisions through human insight. Requirements
5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a
strong portfolio
showcasing UX and UI work across web and/or mobile applications.
Proficiency in modern
design tools
such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Deep knowledge of
UX principles, design thinking methodologies, and responsive design
Strong collaboration and communication skills—able to present and justify design decisions clearly to a range of audiences
Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, self-directed approach to problem-solving
Experience working in an
agile product
environment and iterating based on feedback and data
Nice to have:
Familiarity with
front-end
development principles or basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Experience designing for enterprise, SaaS, or complex systems
Contribution to
design systems
or component libraries
Passion for inclusive design and accessibility
Job responsibilities
Lead the design
of user-centric solutions across the product lifecycle—from early concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and production-ready assets
Collaborate
cross-functionally
with product, engineering, research, data, and marketing to define and deliver intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences
Facilitate
workshops, design sprints, or collaborative sessions to align stakeholders and generate ideas
Create and maintain user flows, prototypes, interaction models, and design systems
documentation
Apply a deep understanding of
UX best practices, visual design principles, and accessibility standards
Conduct or partner on user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Mentor
junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous learning
