Title: Operations Supervisor – Case Storage Dry Supplies
Location: Lawrenceburg, IN 47025 (site-based position)
Reports to: Operations Manager – Case Storage/Dry Supplies
Position Summary:
This individual will be responsible for coordinating deliveries of dry supplies; primarily
including labels, cellos, shippers, dividers, baskets, tape, code labels, and office supplies.
He/she maintains accurate inventories in SAP and ensures sufficient supplies are at the facility to fulfill bottling schedule. In doing so, this person works closely with Case Storage,
Bottling, Blending, Planning, Maintenance, and Procurement personnel. This individual
participates and leads PCS2 meetings and engages in the Company’s TPM strategy
through Pillar and loss teams. He/she also maintains adherence to all Safety, Quality,
GMP, 5S, and company rules.
Major Responsibilities:
Coordinates label deliveries with Planning team and suppliers to meet bottling schedule.
Plans shipper, divider, and basket deliveries with suppliers to meet bottling schedule.
Orders tape and code labels for bottling.
Regularly cycle counts materials to ensure SAP inventory accuracy and makes adjustments.
Assists in WMS transactions for all dry supplies as needed.
Ensures adequate supplies are on hand for bottling and communicates when issues arise.
Maintains office supplies for Case Storage Department.
Assists in posting goods receipts for incoming materials.
Prepares and ships materials as requested.
Supervises and coordinates activities with Material Coordinators.
Conducts performance reviews with input from team members.
Promotes the Company’s TPM system by participating and/or leading daily PCS2 meetings, Pillar teams, and/or loss improvement teams.
Performs action plans, investigations, tags, OPL trainings, MDR’s, and all other relevant responsibilities within Solvace.
Performs role of Operations Manager-Case Storage during time off.
Complies with and promotes the Company’s safety rules, quality standards, and GMPs.
Provides support to members of Case Storage, Bottling, Planning, Blending, Warehouse, Procurement, HSS, and Quality teams.

Training & Education:
BA with 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical, manufacturing operation producing high volume consumer/food products
OR
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical, manufacturing operation producing high volume consumer/food products TPM environment and membership of pillars and/or loss improvement teams experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum:
Experience in the spirits industry is a plus.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of production management, cost, quality, safety, and personnel.
Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate people.
Ability to grow and develop employees.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Preferred:
Experience operating within a formalized Continuous Improvement Environment (TPM, Lean Manufacturing AM and T&E pillars).
Experience with root cause analysis tools – 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.
Experience with SAP preferred
