We are looking for a Parts Manager in our Fairbanks, Alaska location. We are passionate about helping customers succeed and we need a dynamic leader to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Oversee our parts group for revenue growth, P&L, customer satisfaction and personnel responsibilities.
Manage budgets, identify business and employee needs, ongoing product problems, department processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures or services.
Ensure the parts operation is aligned with Caterpillar & Harnish Group Inc. which requires the ongoing evaluation of statistical reports to determine the performance and the necessary recommendations to keep the performance at expectations.
Supervise in-house sales and warehouse personnel.
Qualifications & Experience Needed :
3-5 years related experience.
A bachelor's degree preferred.
Must possess a vast knowledge of the industry.
Demonstrate excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Possess leadership skills for managing staff demonstrate action-oriented results in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.
Some travel will be required.
