ABA/NDBI Behavior Therapist - AFTER SCHOOL HOURS Elevated Kids is a BCBA-owned company that specializes in a natural, play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This evidence-based approach is Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) and focuses on parent coaching to support child development. What We Do

Elevated Kids provides early intervention services in the child's natural environment (home and preschool). All services are individualized to meet each child and family’s needs, with emphasis on developmentally appropriate skills and family involvement. Job Description

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and eager-to-learn ABA-NDBI Therapist who is passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and be ready to join our growing team providing high-quality and effective care. General Responsibilities

Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement developmental behavioral intervention utilizing ABA Therapy Deliver direct ABA-NDBI therapy with the child and family to address individualized, child-centered goals in the child’s natural environment (home/preschool) Implement treatment plans and goals as developed by the BCBA Support and model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques to caregivers/teachers during daily routines Collect and organize data and make data-based decisions Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Required) Master's Degree or current pursuit of a Master’s Degree in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Preferred) Minimum of 1 year experience implementing ABA therapy objectives Minimum of 1 year of direct work with young children (ages 0-6) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays Experience with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism or other developmental delay is a plus Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Passion to implement high-quality, effective intervention with toddlers and preschool-age children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental delay Benefits
