is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We aim for our patients to enjoy therapy and experience clear health improvements. Our clinics achieve high patient satisfaction and measurable outcomes. Since opening our first clinic in 2001, we've expanded across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia, continually opening new clinics to make therapy more accessible.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent healthcare, ensuring positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Treat patients, address concerns, and educate about injuries, progress, and outcomes.
Supervise aides during modalities and in setup/cleanup duties.
Re-evaluate patient progress, revise care plans, and set new goals.
Determine discharge timing.
Document accurately and timely, including discharges and daily notes.
Maintain productivity, typically 55-60 treatments and evaluations weekly for full-time therapists.
Develop protocols for common diagnoses.
Participate in clinic-supported research studies.
Continuously develop skills through education and training.
Qualifications
Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant Degree
Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license
