Overview
Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) is seeking a qualified Anesthesiology Physician to join our esteemed medical team at a well known facility in Columbus, MO. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive anesthesia care for various surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. Your responsibilities will range from preoperative assessments and developing anesthesia plans to administering anesthesia during surgeries and supervising patient recovery. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care in a collaborative environment. To be considered for this position, candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology, hold an active medical license, and be U.S. Citizens. This will involve a standard schedule with potential after-hours on-call duties as required. We are seeking 2 Full time employees and one on-call. Responsibilities
Conduct detailed pre-anesthesia evaluations to assess patient health and surgical needs
Formulate and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
Administer anesthesia safely and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
Oversee and manage the postoperative recovery of patients, addressing any complications
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Minimum Requirements
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical institution with specialized training in Anesthesiology
Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
Valid medical license to practice in your state
Strong skills in anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
A commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based anesthesia care
U.S. Citizenship required
