Gracehaven Inc.
Gracehaven Inc. / Youth For Christ is an Ohio-based Christian nonprofit that operates a Therapeutic Group Home located in Central Ohio for youth who have experienced sexual exploitation and human trafficking, and provides therapeutic clinical services throughout the state of Ohio. We are a dedicated team of Christian workers serving within a highly relational ministry model. Our team is supportive, collaborative, and engaged in the fight to bring hope to the hurting and healing to those who have been victimized through exploitation.
For us, it is not just the job you do. It’s a calling. It’s the people and the work environment that contribute to a job well done. It’s the personal satisfaction of serving in a rewarding ministry that keeps you going. It’s the opportunity to grow both personally, spiritually, and professionally. It’s the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families. It is the privilege of getting to participate in the transformational work God does in the lives of those impacted by human trafficking and to get to walk alongside the healing process of young people wrestling with complex trauma.
It’s the knowledge that you are appreciated for who God has designed you to be, your unique giftings, and the reason He has called you to this ministry field at such a time as this. Gracehaven can be the place that God utilizes to fuel your passion and purpose to make a difference in the lives of youth and families impacted by trafficking and exploitation.
Our goal is to share the love of Christ with youth and families through a team of Christian caregivers and like-minded interdisciplinary team members. We provide trauma-responsive care to youth who have been impacted by sexual exploitation, by providing a comprehensive continuum of trauma-informed care and human trafficking prevention services. As a team, we strive to partner with and empower youth to thrive with dignity in a renewed life.
We are seeking individuals with past experience as a behavioral health therapist, social worker, or clinical counselor.
The Community-Based Clinician provides therapeutic clinical services to clients in the community, documents clinical notes in electronic health record systems, and serves under direct clinical supervision (if needed).
