Healthcare Partner Development Manager
to focus on developing new medical and healthcare client partnerships nationally in the medical, healthcare, data/science, biotech, pharma, and medical device industries with a focus on revenue cycle departments! The position is remote, in core states: Oregon, Arizona, Texas, Ohio, Minnesota, Connecticut, Illinois, Florida or Wisconsin. If you are a hunter and thrive on goals, this opportunity may suit you.
Position Overview We seek an individual skilled at a relationship-based, consultative sales business development approach. We genuinely care about our clients and how we can best serve them, and we want someone who can share what we do and secure new long-term accounts for Scion Medical.
The Healthcare Partner Development Manager is responsible for outbound business development to build client partnerships through direct hands-on approaches. This role offers income growth for motivated sales professionals driven to: 1) discover, connect and land new clients who need our support, 2) explain how we can best serve their needs, and 3) maintain strong long-term relationships as we service their accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtain temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire recruitment opportunities for our internal recruitment teams on behalf of Scion Medical in the medical, healthcare, biotech, and science industries, with a specific focus on revenue cycle roles.
Identify and secure new client relationships via direct phone calls, email, in-person meetings (as needed), and other sales methods. This includes a combination of cold-calling, networking online/in-person and other activities to build relationships in the community.
Build incredible long-term relationships with clients and enjoy our work while driving impact.
Help the Scion Medical division grow and be a leader in sales and partnership for the division.
Drive hands-on success at bringing in outside sales accounts.
Follow up with and engage current clients to help ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed minimum billings for this position.
Use social media weekly to continually develop a business pipeline.
Plan new ideas and strategies to generate sales.
Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell other lines of business.
Help organize client information and make essential updates in Bullhorn ATS.
Track the status of client engagements, leads, and sales.
Conduct research on prospective clients and regions.
Provide top-of-the-line customer service to our clients!
Bring passion and energy to an incredible team of professionals!
WHO YOU ARE:
A person that enjoys the art of outside sales and is driven to make organizational impact.
4+ years of proven and prior staffing agency outside sales experience that is relevant to the healthcare and medical industry and has sold/brought in non-clinical, revenue cycle jobs.
Experience in B2B sales (with a passion for outside sales and building relationships with new prospects).
A passion for and ability to be successful selling in a remote and modern business environment.
Drive to make the next phone call and email outreach even better than the last.
Experience using LinkedIn and social media platforms for research.
High positive energy, self-motivated, outwardly motivating to others, excited about connecting and collaborating! Desire to help grow the business as your own.
Exceptional organization and time management skills.
Coachability and an openness to constructive and specific feedback – you are eager to learn every day and pivot quickly towards progress.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary ($60,000 – $65,000+ DOE) and commissions. Our partner development managers make an overall compensation of $90,000 - 140,000+.
