Overview

Amery Hospital & Clinic is looking for an Outpatient Clinical Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team. Our current behavioral health department includes a 10-bed secure adult inpatient unit, intensive outpatient therapy services, traditional outpatient therapy services, alcohol and substance abuse program, and a primary integration program with a Clinical Therapist co-located in our primary health clinic. Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical therapy services to patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team. Conduct psychosocial assessments, group and individual therapies, and family therapies. Conduct IOP group and individual therapies as needed based on patient needs. Develop, implement, and review treatment plans. Work with clients of all ages; experience with youth is required. Experience in EMDR, DBT, ACT, and/or TF-CBT strongly preferred. Schedule and Location

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime hours. After training and orientation, position may be a hybrid position consisting of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. 80 hours in a two-week pay period. Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited university. Current WI licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist. Candidates with Qualified Treatment Trainee status may be considered with supervision hours offered. Two years of directly related experience preferred. Keyboarding skill and computer knowledge are necessary. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in EPIC computer system. Benefits
