Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluation for patients with mental health complaints referred to OSU Harding Hospital Partial/IOPs. Provide counseling/psychotherapy/psychoeducation to group and individuals with mental & behavioral disorders to facilitate return to previous or improved functioning. Services provided include group psychotherapy, individual psychotherapy, and/or couple/family therapy. Formulate individualized treatment plans to assist patients to determine and meet treatment goals. Other duties include advocating within local community if needed; work as part of clinical team; maintain third‑party payer relationships; and complete all necessary paperwork (e.g., disability, FMLA). Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling or related field. Experience working with patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Experience and/or training in at least one evidence‑based psychotherapy modality (e.g., cognitive‑behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy) is preferred. Ongoing: Maintain licensure(s), credentials, and CBLs; practice within the parameters of the Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board, Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board. Training in at least one evidence‑based psychotherapy modality (e.g., cognitive‑behavioral, interpersonal psychotherapy) will be required.
