We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Therapist or SUDC to join our clinical team in providing impactful therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for our PHP and IOP clients. This role emphasizes collaboration, as you will work closely with our professionals to ensure that every client receives effective, person-centered care tailored to their unique needs. Your expertise as a CSW or CPT will be invaluable in facilitating discussions and activities that support long-term recovery and wellness. To excel as a Part-Time Therapist or SUDC at Wasatch Crest Treatment Service LLC, candidates must possess a range of essential skills and qualifications. A valid CSW, ACMHC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, or SUDC certification (or equivalent) is required. Candidates should have experience working with individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, demonstrating a robust understanding of diverse client needs. Strong group facilitation skills and a solid grasp of trauma-informed care are critical to effectively lead therapeutic sessions. Additionally, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team is essential for success in this role. Excellent documentation and time management skills will ensure that client records are maintained accurately.
