Overview
Full Time Urgent Care Physician, MGB Lawrence, MA — Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Supervising Physician for the Lawrence, MA site. Preference to candidates with an Emergency Medicine background and ability to cross-cover both the Lawrence and Andover sites. Lawrence is a historic mill city in Essex County, located along the Merrimack River about 30 miles north of Boston, with easy access to I-495 and MBTA commuter rail service.
Responsibilities
Productive and positive team-based environment
Supervisory responsibilities for 6 APPs
Average of 3 patients per clinician per hour
On-site imaging, X-ray and point-of-care testing including COVID, flu, RSV, and STIs
Access to imaging at nearby Mass General Brigham locations
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Sunday, 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this position is $240,000 to $250,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on factors including relevant experience, education, internal equity, and other components of the total compensation package. In addition to base pay, we offer comprehensive benefits, career advancement opportunities, and bonuses where applicable.
