About the Position The TCBH Social Work Department is hiring for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional or Candidate to provide behavioral health services. This position carries a caseload of adults coping with severe mental illness and/or substance abuse and works as an active member of a treatment team. Duties include completing biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing brief therapeutic interventions such as crisis stabilization and developing safety/wellness plans. The clinician will also run psychotherapy groups as part of a structured group therapy model. Job Type/Salary: Open/Close dates: 9/23/2025 - Until filled Full-time Annual pay rate: $66,000+ (pay range is based on experience, tenure and certifications) Primary Working Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm FLSA Status: Exempt Primary Work Location/Department: Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health – Social Work Dept Vacancies: 1 Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Level II (LBHP Fully Licensed)

Education and experience: master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field and must hold a license to practice issued by one of the Oklahoma boards listed (examples of accepted licensure include: Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, etc.). OR

The completion of a master's degree and active, regular supervision to become licensed by one of the listed boards, plus one year of experience providing professional behavioral services in a state-approved facility or similar entity. Special Requirements: Level I (LBHP Candidate)

Education and experience: master's degree and active supervision to become licensed by one of the listed boards (as above). Applicant must pass an OSBI background check. Applicant must be willing/able to fulfill job-related travel and have a valid driver's license. TCBH serves adults 18+ presenting in mental health crisis with or without substance abuse. The organization is moving to a new 140,000 sq ft, 106-bed hospital (Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center) in 2026 in Tulsa. Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment Testing:
