- We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and help change lives through personalized therapy and innovative care. This role focuses on pediatric speech-language pathology in outpatient rehab settings. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and communities to support children’s communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs. Your Exciting Role Assess & Collaborate : Work with physicians to assess and evolve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing care plans. Engage with patients and families to create customized goals that get results. Create Meaningful Change : Develop and implement fun, interactive treatment plans that inspire progress and revisit goals to ensure ongoing support and empowerment. Stay On Track : Maintain clear, organized documentation and ensure compliance with departmental guidelines to keep sessions impactful. Required Qualifications Education : Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Licenses/Certifications : Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience : 2+ years as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Skills : Effective communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and a passion for patient-centered care.
