Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. You will work in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans that support our patients' recovery and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy and exercise guidance to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Collaborate with a team of chiropractors, medical doctors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists for integrated care. Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and healthy lifestyle practices. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Qualifications: California Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or eligibility to obtain. Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach. Experience in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and orthopedic conditions preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
