Perform and document advanced obstetric ultrasound examinations, including NT, detailed fetal anatomy, fetal echocardiography, growth studies, Doppler evaluations, and biophysical profiles. Collaborate closely with MFM physicians, genetic counselors, nurses, and other sonographers to provide comprehensive perinatal care. Accurately capture and label images following AIUM standards and internal protocols. Maintain thorough knowledge of fetal development, pathology, and sonographic manifestations of maternal and fetal conditions. Communicate preliminary findings to the interpreting physician in a clear and professional manner. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy at all times during procedures. Properly clean and maintain ultrasound equipment and report any issues promptly. Participate in quality assurance activities and continuing education to stay current in the field. Adhere to all regulatory, infection control, and safety standards. All other duties as assigned. Education/Experience/Knowledge

Graduate of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in Obstetrics and Gynecology required. Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification Fetal Medicine Foundation preferred. ARDMS Fetal Echocardiography (FE) certification a plus. BLS certification required. Minimum 2 years of experience in high-risk obstetric ultrasound, preferably in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine setting. Proficiency with advanced ultrasound equipment (e.g., GE Voluson) and EPIC/PACS systems. Skills and Competencies

Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills for interaction with patients and clinical staff. Adaptability to rapidly changing clinical priorities and schedules. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:

commensurate with experience (Pay Range $32.00 - $58.00 hourly) Benefits:
