is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced veterinary technician to join our growing
General Practice
Supervisor team
full time. CVTs and experienced veterinary assistants are welcome to apply. We promote growth and development for all associates and support a collaborative, progressive environment at our 24-hour

We offer our supervisors monthly training on topics such as
leadership ,
human resources ,
empathy ,
burnout
and
compassion fatigue . We collaborate with 10 additional specialty hospital supervisor teams to grow, learn, and share information with. Our goal is to create effective, fulfilled teams and healthy hospitals with overall career satisfaction.

Veterinary Technician Supervisor Responsibilities
Full Technician Skill Utilization
Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
Coaching associates based on need to aid in their success
Some regional travel required
Facilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performance
Provide feedback related to associate performance, and collaborate with leadership to develop performance improvement plans
Support associates in their career via VTNE guidance, licensure guidance, and scheduling
Maintain skill efficiency and knowledge
Potential Schedule:
Flexible
Compensation:
$22 - $37 / hour based on skill set, experience, and licensure status.
