$19.31+ per hour
Job Description Phlebotomist II responsible for collecting specimens, administering tests, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
Administer oral solutions according to established training.
Research test/client information and verify orders using lab technology systems.
Enter data accurately and efficiently into computer systems.
Obtain identification, enter billing information, and collect payments as required.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport.
Perform non‑patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, answering phones and managing email.
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data.
Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance, temperature) in a timely manner.
Complete online and in‑person training courses as required.
Qualifications
Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
