Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Day Shift at Noble Health Care Center in Noble, OK. We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our clinical team and participate in directing patient care in accordance with facility systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. Responsibilities
Maintains nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practice consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act. Evaluates staffing patterns needed to meet resident needs in conjunction with the Director of Nursing. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed; receives, transcribes, and implements physician orders. Implements and evaluates care plans; organizes and coordinates subordinates, tasks, and time allotments. Directs and oversees subordinate staff; participates in duty assignments; monitors functions and activities of staff. Evaluates staff performance and initiates appropriate action (discipline/training). Monitors infection control compliance; investigates and documents accidents/incidents. LPN Requirements
Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice Previous skilled nursing experience Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits
