Overview
Mental Health Therapist - Evenings or Weekends As an Evenings and Weekends Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, now part of Nystrom & Associates, you\'ll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. This position is an opportunity to increase accessibility to therapy for clients who would benefit from sessions outside of work and school hours. Ellie Mental Health was founded by clinicians on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry has barriers, and we aim to fill the gap with innovative approaches for local communities. This role leverages in-person and telehealth care, meeting clients where they are, enabling a hybrid clinician schedule to collaborate with the team in the clinic and work from home. Our clinics are structured to remove obstacles to providing world-class mental health services. Ellie prioritizes the clinician\'s experience by offering compensation, benefits, training, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), CEUs, and an inclusive environment. Centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, and client/therapist matching are provided. There is the opportunity to provide telehealth services, but regular commuting to the office is required. Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in outpatient clinic setting Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations (full-time: 25 sessions, part-time: 10-24 sessions) Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to support community needs Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Qualifications
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc. Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments
Compensation
This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $24,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on compensation model selected, full-time or part-time status, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate.
