Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Full-time onsite position for a short-term leave. Work collaboratively with a supportive school team to help students build communication and language skills. Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP license in the state of CA (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Experience working with school-aged children is preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to make a direct impact on student success Join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year Receive access to quality materials, professional development resources, and CEU reimbursement Seniority Level
