Provide Clinical Licensure Supervision to provisionally licensed therapists (5 hrs/wk) Support the Clinic Manager in the oversight of performance and operations of the clinic. This position supports the Clinic Manager and clinic staff; assisting with staffing needs, resource support and administrative oversight. Maintain a clinical caseload of 25 clients per week if not supervising Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Required Qualifications and Skills
LPC-S in Missouri PsyD is a plus Missouri Board Approved Counseling Supervision Licensure Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes Ideal candidates will have knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation Interest in topics such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, BIPOC population, humanistic therapy, gender identity and sexual orientation, play therapy, art therapy, PTSD, couples therapy Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Strong working knowledge of MO state requirements regulating mental health practice Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to function well in a high-paced changing environment while managing multiple priorities. Business acumen is preferred Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems Compensation
We offer a guaranteed hourly rate per session, paid in the next payroll period. Compensation ranges from $40 to $60 per clinical hour, depending on licensure status and years of experience. Non-billable time is paid at $25/hr for administrative hours. Flexible work from home options available.
