MRSS Clinician role at Santé Group Companies. This position is full-time and in-person at our Centerville, MD location. NOT A REMOTE POSITION. What We’re Looking For

Santé is seeking a

Full-Time

MRSS Clinician

Licensed in Social Work

to join our frontline Mobile Response Stabilization Services team, fully in-person. As an

MRSS Clinician , you will partner with a Family Peer Support Specialist and work with families on crisis stabilization, skill building, and connecting to area resources. You will conduct assessments and create care plans toward achieving the Family Vision. Clinicians will work with youth and identified supports as liaisons among families, schools, mental health providers, and other community partners to ensure a smooth transition to long-term services and support. This is not a remote position. In-person only.

What You’ll Do

Operate as a Clinician on a two-person team, including a Family Peer Support Specialist Respond to calls for intervention in the community (schools, homes, parks, churches, etc.) Perform on-scene assessments and crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, and implementation Design appropriate referral recommendations after stabilization using available natural supports and community resources Partner with youth, family/caregivers, and other community agencies to broker positive relationships over an 8–12-week period Attend community stakeholder meetings related to the involved youth Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner Attend outreach activities to promote the program

What We Require

Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and at least one (1) year of professional experience Current licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW or LGSW or LCSW) or Santé will assist with licensure transfer Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance Two (2) years related experience
