We operate a state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facility and an advanced Outpatient Center, both dedicated to improving the lives and well-being of our patients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to the exceptional care we provide. What You Will Be Doing As a Physical Therapist Developing and delivering personalized plans of care for the residents/clients. Objectively measuring patient outcomes. Efficiently documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Communicating effectively with residents/clients and their families. Providing education on treatments/equipment usage to all. What We Are Looking For In a Physical Therapist A valid FL Physical Therapy license. One year minimum of Physical Therapy experience. A genuine interest in and compassion for older adults. Ability to demonstrate teamwork – be proactive, resourceful, and collaborative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate between residents/clients and staff.
