Clinician II
to join our
Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT)
in Mount Vernon. MCOT responds to behavioral health crises where they happen — at home, school, shelters, or in the community. This team plays a critical role in diverting individuals from hospitalization and law enforcement involvement by providing immediate, trauma-informed, recovery-focused support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver in-person crisis response, stabilization, and support services
Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate individualized safety and recovery plans
Support clients in developing natural supports and accessing community-based services
Provide short-term case management, individual therapy, and follow-up interventions
Serve a diverse population of adults, adolescents, and children in real-time crisis situations
What You Bring
MA/MS/MSW in a Behavioral Science-related field
Mental Health Professional (MHP) status per WAC preferred
Demonstrated experience with or interest in Evidence-Based Practices
Washington State Driver’s License with insurance and reliable transportation
Ability to submit Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire if unlicensed
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check (including DSHS screening if applicable)
