Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-Time, Flexible Shifts)
Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant in Lander, Wyoming. The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services, patient care, and home care services on a daily basis to promote healing and wellness. The successful candidate will support patients through their treatment and help them reach peak results in collaboration with the supervising therapist. Responsibilities: Perform treatment sessions with patients Educate patients on their condition and prognosis Ensure patient accountability for therapy attendance and adherence to the plan of care Complete all required documentation of each visit Update the plan of care as needed and discharge patients when appropriate Follow the therapist’s plan of care and communicate with the supervising therapist Supervise Therapy Technicians Record patient progress and successes Keep case management lists up to date Assist in marketing efforts as requested by Marketing department Track individual statistics and complete productivity reports Work Schedule: Flexible work shift hours can be designed (for example: 4/10 + 1/4) Minimum Qualifications: Medicine and Physical Therapy skills Experience in rehabilitation and patient care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Wyoming Experience in outpatient care settings is a plus Advanced certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy Required Education and Certification Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in PTA Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant Certification or ability to obtain Relocation package Sign-On Bonus Program Up to $2500 annual continuing education Medical Compensation Retirement account Paid Time Off Bonus Program based on quality and productivity metrics Life insurance policy Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance Benefits and Work Environment: Affordable living in Wyoming with no state income tax Supportive team environment focused on collaboration, learning, and work-life balance State-of-the-art facility with modern technology and resources Opportunities for personal and professional growth via ongoing development and mentorship Equal Employment Opportunity: Our client is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
