Overview
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families enrolled within our agency throughout Maricopa County. This is a full-time role with a pay range of $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. CFSS was founded in 2003. Our mission is to prevent out-of-home care and support youth in achieving success within their homes and communities. We’re dedicated to providing outpatient behavioral health services that help children, youth, and young adults thrive. Provide clinical services to families enrolled with CFSS in the community, home, or other natural settings Mentor, model positive behaviors, and deliver skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care Relate to and build positive connections with children and adults in a strength-based, family-centered approach Perform other duties related to the position Education/Experience (one of the following)
High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of behavioral health experience Related Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field Requirements
Must be 21 years or older Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39-month driving record Reliable transportation, including proof of insurance Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range:
$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Full benefits package
