Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Bellevue, NE) – Hillcrest Health & Living

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and assess patients’ physical therapy needs, creating individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and families on therapy plans, exercises, and home programs. Document therapy services accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and company standards. What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy. Current Nebraska Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to Hillcrest values: Integrity, Compassion, Respect, Teamwork, Service. Outpatient or geriatric rehab experience preferred, but not required. What We Offer
