The Help Group is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor (LMFT or LCSW with DMH experience) for Van Nuys to join our team

Position Details

Full-Time Locations: Van Nuys

Key Responsibilities

Provide under Director's supervision, administrative oversight in the FSP Department. Supervise Therapist, Therapy Interns, Case Managers, Administrative Staff, and Parent Partners as assigned. Provide individual and/or family therapy to Wraparound clients on ap part time basis. Provide group training and Supervision as advised. Oversee compliance with agency policy for supervisees Provide 24 hour availability and crisis intervention to supervisees as well as clients on an as-needed basis. Interview prospective staff for Wraparound positions. Work closely with Client Services Quality Assurance Director to ensure documentation requirements are met. Participate in supervisor’s meetings, Wraparound staff meetings, agency-wide meetings, utilization review meetings and in-service training Comply with applicable professional licensing or certification requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications

MA, MSW, MFT, LCSW, ,Psy. D.or PhD. in psychology, counseling, social work or related field; valid California clinical license. A minimum of three years experience specific to emotionally disturbed children and adults, minimum of two years administrative experience in implementing treatment programs, knowledge of and skills in areas of individual, group, and family therapy. Must have registered BBS number.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Provide under Director’s supervision, administrative oversight to the Full Service Partnership Program. Supervise therapists, therapy interns, case managers, administrative staff and parent advocates as assigned. Provide direct therapy for FSP cases on a half time basis. Provide didactic trainings, group supervision as assigned. Oversee compliance with Agency policies for supervisees. Provide 24 hour availability and crisis intervention to supervisees as well as clients on an as-needed basis. Interviews prospective staff for FSP positions. Work closely with Client Services Quality Assurance Director to ensure documentation requirements are met. Participate in supervisor’s meetings, FSP staff meetings, agency-wide meetings, utilization review meetings and in-service trainings. Attend outside agency meetings with community liaisons including Impact FSP meetings in SPAs 2 and 5. Ensure that all paperwork is complete and paperwork deadlines are met. Provide 24- hour availability and crisis intervention to supervisees as well as clients on an as-needed basis. Participate in supervisors meetings, staff meetings, agency wide meetings, utilization review meetings and in-service trainings. Ensure documentation requirements are met for supervisees in a timely and accurate manner. Arrange work schedule or required hours to the benefit of the outpatient department with the approval of the outpatient director.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
