We are looking to expand our team with a highly energetic, motivated, and team-oriented physical therapist who utilizes a treatment philosophy of manual therapy and progressive functional treatment strategies. The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating physical therapy needs and implementing comprehensive, medically prescribed physical therapy treatment to assigned patients in a supervised program of rehabilitation. The Licensed Physical Therapist will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals focused on the patient's capacity and tolerance and set realistic and achievable goals for patients. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred to outpatient rehabilitation services to assess impairments and functional limitations, and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement individualized treatment programs utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and functional activities to promote optimal physical function and mobility. Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals and outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Participate in staff meetings, continuing education opportunities, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and respect in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
