Our clinical teams work in homes, communities, and offices to provide individualized mental health services aimed at helping children and families remain safely together, fostering hope and resilience. We offer a competitive salary range of $86,611.20 - $96,345.60, with additional pay opportunities, extensive training, supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, vacation, sick days, health insurance, retirement plans, and more. Qualifications include a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent, a passion for helping families, and the ability to work flexibly in community settings. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are preferred for serving specific communities. This position requires scheduling flexibility, participation in an on-call rotation, a valid driver’s license, and background clearance.
