Division/Program: TAY FSP Program
Starting Compensation: Starting Rate: 75000 - 80000 USD Per Year
Working Location: Fresno, CA
Working Hours/Shift: 4 day/10 hour work schedule: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday

required Valid California Driver's License Bilingual in Spanish Preferred * Differential pay offered to bilingual staff How you will make a difference: Identifies immediate risks and needs of youth/TAY and family and develops a plan to address them in collaboration with the treatment team. Identifies ongoing treatment needs and develops plan for referral. Uses a “whatever it takes” approach to provide services in various settings, including homes, schools/work, and community and office settings. Uses personal vehicle to drive to and from offsite locations to provide services. May be required to transport participants and/or family members in personal vehicle. Provides services, including individual, family, and group therapy and collateral, to youth/TAY and their families, as deemed necessary and appropriate through the assessment process and in collaboration with the treatment team. Available for 24/7 on-call services to assist in crisis intervention and to provide support for problem resolution. On-call is scheduled on a rotating basis. Documents all services provided in a clear and concise manner within the Electronic Health Record within the timelines and framework established by Central Star.
