Responsibilities
Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. The provision of care includes direct care along with delegation and supervision of nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the role of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty. Position Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs. Location Details
St. Charles, Missouri – a charming town on the Missouri River with quick access to St. Louis, local eateries, and a welcoming community. Qualifications
Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment. Current BLS certification from an approved vendor. Current valid driver’s license. Ability to travel using air and ground transportation. 1 year acute care experience strongly preferred. Professional appearance and strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Proficiency with computer and software applications used in job functions. Freedom from illegal use of drugs or alcohol in the workplace. Certificates, Licensures, Registrations
RN license (current, valid, and active). BLS certification (current, valid). Driver’s license (current, valid). Additional certifications may be required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP). Travel & Compensation
