Summary: The Staff Physical Therapist provides patient care assessment and treatment. Identifies, plans, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease/prevent deformity. Responsible for mentoring therapists, assistants, technicians, and students. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Facilitates the provision of excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care assessment and treatment; identify, plan, and participate in rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity.
Mentor therapists, assistants, technicians, and students.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver high-quality care.
Participate in CQI activities and facilitate excellent customer service.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.

None
Licensure/Registration/Certification
Current NC Board of Physical Therapy license or eligible.
Other Skills and Qualifications
Analytical abilities to delegate personnel, problem solve with positive solutions. Good interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate interactions with customers and staff members.
