Remote Part Time Overnight Crisis Hotline Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) Join to apply for the Remote Part Time Overnight Crisis Hotline Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) role at Integral Care-Austin, TX. Job Number: 24-11106 Responsibilities
Handle crisis calls, texts, and chats by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments Complete initial screenings Provide information about Integral Care services Provide community referrals and support Assist with training as needed Link callers with the appropriate service providers These duties are performed under the supervision of a licensed clinician (LPHA) with a focus on customer care. The QMHP works closely with community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools. Regular, predictable attendance is considered an essential requirement for this position. May require a flexible work schedule. Education
Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred. License
Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience
Bilingual preferred. Experience with crisis and customer service. Hours and Compensation
Hours:
Part-Time. Workdays:
7:00PM - 2:00AM. Workhours:
Friday-Sunday. Salary:
$24.18 - $25.39 per hour based on education, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend. Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay. Second Shift: $3.25/hour. Third Shift: $7.25/hour. Weekend Shift: $8.00/hour. Why join us
