*We are offering a
sign on bonus up to $25,000
to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, tuition reimbursement and relocation assistance.
Job Requirements
Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas
2 years of acute care experience is required, preferably in a CVICU setting
BLS through the American Heart Association is required
ACLS through the American Heart Association is required

Where You'll Work As a Charge Nurse at CHI St Vincent, you'll oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients. Your previous experience in CVICU adds tremendous value to our nursing team.
Every interaction is an opportunity to improve your understanding of a patient's needs, the needs of your nursing team, or the needs of your unit. You'll advocate for your fellow nurses as you support them in reaching their full potential, which aligns with your department's operational goals and objectives.
To thrive in this role, you need to be accountable and confident. You're an excellent communicator in 1:1 interactions and in front of groups. It's also important for you to be comfortable holding tough conversations, as you are responsible for the performance of your people and your unit.
About Us CHI St Vincent Infirmary is a 600 bed faith-based, non-profit, acute care facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. Our level II trauma center is a regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, behavioral health, cancer care, neurosciences, and other specialties.
