The Echocardiograph Technician will provide Echo imaging services in our hospital and clinic settings. Studies performed include 2-D and 3-D echo exams, Transesophageal Echocardiography, exercise and pharmacologic Stress echocardiograms, and participation in Echos performed during procedures in the Heart and Vascular Center. Opportunities for ongoing training and participation in quality initiatives are available. Minimum Qualifications
Cardiac ultrasound experience and Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International, or eligibility required. Current CPR-BLS certification required. Candidates with cardiac ultrasound experience but not RDCS, RCS, or eligible will be considered for a position with a commensurate salary and must obtain registration within one year of hire. Will also consider new graduates of a Cardiac Sonographer program with no experience. Preferred Qualifications
Associates Degree in a related health field. Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm, rotating weekends and holiday call rotation. Additional Information
