Position Overview Location: 266 S Left Hand Fork, Springville, UT 84663 (Hobble Creek Canyon).

Onsite, full‑time, Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Relocation financial assistance available for the right candidate.

Compensation

Associate Licensed Clinicians: $75,000 – $80,000 per year (DOE)

Fully Licensed Clinicians: $80,000 – $87,000 per year (DOE)

Responsibilities

No more than six clients at a time to allow for establishing rapport.

Utilize evidence‑based therapeutic approaches (DBT, TF‑CBT, Smart Recovery, Seeking Safety, ACT).

Provide client‑centered care tailored to individual, group, and family therapy needs.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychiatrists, and specialists.

Work with a diverse population and understand cultural nuances.

Maintain meticulous documentation to meet MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.

Implement outcomes testing and standards to achieve program goals.

Ensure 80% program completion for caseload (program completion and discharge requirements).

Develop comprehensive discharge plans reviewed with clients and families.

Build meaningful relationships with adolescents and their families, contributing to generational healing.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Social Work (MSW), Clinical Social Work (CSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or related discipline.

Active Utah licensure or eligibility for one of the following:

Associate: Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC).

Fully Licensed: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC).

Desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach.

Desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.

Preferred: Two years of therapist experience leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

Preferred: One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.

Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.

Ability to pass a state background check.

Required to have CAQH profile established or updated and obtain an NPI number for credentialing purposes.
