RN Refresher Preceptorship Application This opportunity is only for RNs who are enrolled in and actively completing a Refresher RN program, potentially as directed by a Board of Nursing. RN Refresher Preceptorship This Preceptorship provides RNs with a collaborative learning environment to redevelop nursing skills, enhance knowledge, and complete clinical hours required for the RN Refresher Program. Clinical hours must be completed according to the guidelines of the enrolled program. The successful candidate will complete precepted shifts at a Banner Health facility, supported by unit staff and educators.
