Our Mission:

To provide quality, affordable health care through the operation of professional and compassionate health homes for underserved populations, who are confronted with barriers to accessing care.

About Us:

Elica Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to a common goal: provide the best possible patient care to our growing community! Our passion extends throughout Elica, from the exceptional healthcare services we provide to our underserved patients at our Community Health Clinics and state‑of‑the‑art mobile medicine program, Health on Wheels, to our Resource Center where we empower patients and members of the community to connect with resources to help them build healthy and full lives.

Dental Program:

Our Dental program includes comprehensive dental services, a dental residency program, mobile dental program, and school‑based dental program. We employ the latest technology—panoramic x‑rays and digital intraoral scanners—to serve our patients efficiently and effectively. Our dentists and residents are certified to use the 9.3 micron CO₂ hard and soft tissue laser, allowing us to perform fillings without local anesthesia and provide additional services such as gingivectomies and crown lengthening without referring to specialists. Our electronic health records system is integrated with our Medical and Integrated Behavioral Health departments to improve overall community health.
